Sean grew up on a commercial cow/calf operation near Vermilion, Alberta.  He has worked on various livestock and grain based enterprises.  Sean has a degree in Animal Science through the Co-operative Education Program at the University of Saskatchewan.  As part of this program Sean worked as a summer student from 1996 to 1998 at the Canadian Charolais Association and started full time with the organization as Breed Improvement Coordinator in May of 1999. Sean recently resigned his position to pursue a consulting practice in the area of livestock production, performance testing, genetic evaluation and extension. Sean is now consulting privately.
